Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory reproduced signal while quickly removing crosstalk even in the case that an adjacent track can be in the unrecorded state. SOLUTION: A sample value series S1' of a reproduced signal of the adjacent track is inputted to a correlation detection part 302 and is correlated with a signal pattern of a CTC output signal detected by a pattern detection part 303 and is integrated in an integrator 308 through one of three correction coefficient parts 304 to 306 connected by a changeover switch 307, and a tag coefficient for use in a variable filter of CTC is obtained. Meanwhile, the presence or the absence of a signal in the adjacent track is detected by a signal detection part 301, and a CPU receives the detection result to control switching of the changeover switch 307. When the adjacent track is in the unrecorded state, the changeover switch 307 is set to the side of the third correction coefficient part 306 which takes zero as the control band. |
