Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology regarding an electronic commerce method which allows an orderer and an order recipient to agree upon a price according to actual result data becoming clear after the article is manufactured and then enables the orderer and order recipient to set their price by using electronic commerce through a network. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1, a system for this electric commerce method is composed roughly of an ordering client system 60 which inputs ordering conditions and an order-receiving server system 10 which receives an order by resending contract information including the reference price and adjusted price of a steel article based upon the ordering conditions sent from the ordering client system 60. The order receiving server system 10 and ordering client system 60 are connected to the network 100 such as the Internet.
