Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely starting device for internal combustion engine capable of being embodied easily. SOLUTION: An immobilizer control means 23 of an electronic device 21 for vehicle admits actuation of the internal combustion engine 30 only when the data signal from an oscillation sensing means 28 is identical to a specific signal. A signal transmitter emits a remote start instructing signal, and thereby a vehicle start signal is generated, and with a conductor 39 for this vehicle start signal, a conductor 64 for the remote start signal is connected. A starter control means 31 introduces a start signal from the immobilizer control means 23 to the oscillation sensing means 28 when the remote start instruction signal is given from a signal transmitter 33 provided outside the vehicle, and the start signal is given to the starter control means 31 so as to produce a pseudo signal representing the specific signal and is fed to the immobilizer control means 23 from conductors 62 and 63 via conductors 53 and 54. The immobilizer control means 23 admits start of the engine 30 if the pseudo signal represents the specific signal.
