PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC information using system capable of efficiently distributing valid information to a user who visits a specific area. SOLUTION: This IC information using system is provided with a display condition control means 6 for controlling the display condition of information to be provided based on individual information acquired from an IC card carried by a user who visits a specific area 4 by an IC card reading means 2, a data base 8 for storing the information to be provided, an information outputting means 7 for outputting the information from among the information stored in the data base 8 based on the display condition, and an information display means 9 for displaying the information outputted from the information outputting means 7.
