PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an online program, a system, and an online transaction terminal which enable a user to smoothly conduct online transactions by transmitting terms and conditions of the transactions via an electronic mail after chatting about questions and answers for products to understand an intention. SOLUTION: The system connects to a plurality of transaction terminals via a network, sends character or voice call data to the transaction terminals of business partners when an online transaction is conducted by transmitting transaction data for a product among the transaction terminals, receives the call data from the business partner's terminal, stores a log for the call data in a call log storage, composes an electronic mail by extracting the transaction data from the call logs stored in the call log storage, sends the electronic mail to a mail address for the business partners, and receives the electronic mail form the call partners.
