Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output stabilizing system capable of stably outputting a driving force even when an external force fluctuates. SOLUTION: An output is stabilized even when the external force fluctuates by driving a compression/expansion device to store a compressed or expanded circulation fluid in a storage tank when the external force is larger than a certain reference value and on the other hand, when smaller than the reference value, generating a power by utilizing the state energy of the circulation fluid stored in the storage tank in a power generator to output the power from a power transmission device.
