Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nebulizer favorably used for an ICP luminescent analysis device, etc., and capable of stably forming uniform mist a particle diameter of which is not more than 10 μm. SOLUTION: A ring piezoelectric oscillator 3 is mounted along an outer periphery on a head end part of a sample supply pipe 16 to supply and deliver a sample solution 11 to by a pump, etc., and a mesh member 2 is mounted by a presser cover 4 so as to close a head end part opening. A large number of small holes a diameter of which is about 0.1-10 μm are formed, for example, by laser beam process and convergent ion beam process on the mesh member 2. |
