PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling the operation of a vibration type agitating and mixing apparatus by which the abnormal operation is detected automatically and malfunction is prevented beforehand in the equipment such as a pump. SOLUTION: When a power source of an operation control board is turned on (S1), a basic operation picture is displayed on the display screen of the operation control board. When an automatic operation key is selected afterward (S2), the automatic operation is prepared (S3, S4) in the case that the automatic operation is carried out initially after the power source is turned on to shift to the automatic operation subsequently (S5). After shifted to the automatic operation, the automatic operation is continued if there is no abnormal operation and the presence/absence of the abnormal operation of the equipment such as the fluid supplying pump is checked while monitored (S6, S7). The flow rate from the pump is checked, the used amounts (of a main agent and an additive) are integrated and displayed and the residual amounts in tanks are calculated and displayed. Whether there is abnormality in the calculation or the display is confirmed. If there is abnormality in the calculation or the display, the automatic operation is stopped (S8). After the abnormal situation is corrected, the display is reset to the initial condition (S9).
