Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph images of internal structures of patients intuitively from various angles and directions. SOLUTION: The probe (200) further contains a control handle (210) for controlling a photographing control element (212) and a rotary tube (325) extending into the control handle (210) piercing a rotary endoscope shaft part (220). The rotary endoscope shaft part (220) is preferably turned through a rotation control wheel (226) arranged at the tip part of the control handle (210). The rotary tube (325) is turned by manually rotating the rotation control wheel (226). A motor (520) to be fixed on a fixing part (510) of the shaft part or on the control handle (210) may be assembled to fully automate the rotation of the rotary endoscope shaft part (220).
