PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device capable of efficiently performing a receipt disclosing processing in an assurer without delay by accepting a disclosure request, inquiring of a medical instruction whether the disclosure is proper or not, and performing the receipt disclosing processing to a requester on the basis of the result. SOLUTION: In this method and device, electronic storage of receipts and a communication technique such as electronic mail or the like are used. The receipt disclosure request from the requester is accepted, and the inquiry for the disclosure is transmitted to the corresponding medical institute. On the basis of the approval result by the medical institute, the receipt disclosing processing is performed to the requester when the receipt disclosure is approved. When the disclosure is not approved, the effect of the non-approval and the electronic mail address of the medical institute that is the contact address of the medical institute and the medical institute contact address are reported to the requester. When the inquiry result is not returned from the medical institute for a fixed period or more, the receipt disclosure is performed without getting the approval from the medical institute.
