Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which can be used easily by a user and in which foodstuffs can be manage surely. SOLUTION: A section 42 for detecting the weight of a mounting section is provided between the mounting section (shelf 30) and a supporting section (30a), and the position of foodstuffs is calculated from variation of weight detected at the weight detecting section 42. Stocking, takeout, use condition, and stocking place of the foodstuffs are managed based on the weight data, the positional data, and foodstuff data read out at a foodstuff data reading section 41.
