Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation control circuit in which noise influence is minimized. SOLUTION: The output terminal of a clocked inverter CIV2 as a ternary output circuit is connected to an external output terminal (d), an oscillation signal is outputted through the output terminal, the output terminal of the clocked inverter CIV2 is made to be in a high impedance state until a detection circuit OPC generates a detection output showing that the oscillation signal becomes a prescribed amplitude. Noise fed from the external output terminal (d) is thereby prevented from being superimposed on a power supply terminal to stabilize the oscillation of an oscillation circuit 1 at an initial oscillation stage.
