PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education program including training through a network, and mediate between a participant and a provider of the education program. SOLUTION: A memory of an information processing device 100 includes first memory areas 106, 107 storing individual data including a requester area for training of the participant, and a second memory area 109 storing schedule data about the training including a training area. A processor 101 of the information processing device extracts the schedule data about the training including the training area suitable to the requested area for the training and sends the schedule data to a device for the participant. The memory includes a memory area 110 storing a possibility of accepting the participant by the training side. The processor informs that the participant requests acceptance by the training side to a device in the training side, when the participant requests acceptance by the training side and the training side has a possibility of accepting the participant.
