Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcement, in which a hook does not interfere in a main reinforcement and which has the excellent workability of bar arrangement or the like. SOLUTION: In the shear reinforcement in which a peripheral reinforcement and a core reinforcement are continuously connected integrally and connected under one stroke state from one end to the other end and the reinforcements have overlaps in two stages or more of loops, both end sections of the shear reinforcement are brought near so that mutual stepped sections are removed, and butt-welded and joined.
