PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar enclosing moisture conditioning sheet which prevents an inorganic moisture absorbing agent enclosed inside from falling off from a cut face or a folded face and is improved in dusting properties, in regard to the planar enclosing moisture conditioning sheet having a constitution wherein the inorganic moisture absorbing agent is enclosed in two base sheets. SOLUTION: In the planar enclosing moisture conditioning sheet constituted of bases A and B and of the inorganic moisture absorbing agent and a thermoplastic binder enclosed between the bases, the inorganic moisture absorbing agent is disposed at every prescribed intervals on the inside surface of the moisture conditioning sheet, while an area wherein the agent is not disposed is provided thereon.
