Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer driver and a print system in which corresponding interface need not be developed even when a command for controlling a printer is added to the application. SOLUTION: When the application 110 receives a printing command, a plotting command is transmitted to the printer driver 130 via a plotting interface 120. The added command is directly transmitted to a command interface 134. The printer driver 130 generates the printing command based on the plotting command, installing the received additional command at the predetermined position in the printing command, and transmits it to the printer.
