Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over the intake system of a front flap in response to the kinds and quantities of dust, and to easily recover even light dirt such as withered leaves, bags or the like. SOLUTION: A dust-collecting hood 1 is installed to the lower section of a car body, and the front flap 10 brought into contact with a road surface is mounted on the front of a hood body 2. An opening section 14 from which light dirt is passed directly into a dust collecting chamber is formed to a part of the front flap 10 at a place in the car-width direction corresponding to a suction port 4a for a suction duct 4. Dirt passed through the opening section 14 is guided to the suction port 4a by a guide flap 15. An open-close flap 18 is secured rotatably to the hood body 2 before and behind in the periphery of a vertical shaft 22, and held at a closed place and an open place by a coil spring 38. A rubber flap 20 for the open-close flap 18 is formed in length reaching the outer circumference of a side brush 59, and closes an opening region with the dust collecting hood 1 and the side brush 59 at the open place.
