Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method capable of providing an injection-molded product being a composite molded product containing a fiber reinforcing material and a thermoplastic resin and excellent in fiber dispersibility and having good appearance and excellent mechanical characteristics, and the injection-molded product manufactured thereby. SOLUTION: In injection-molding a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin containing 2-40 vol.% of reinforcing fibers having length substantially same to that of pellets and arranged in the length direction of the pellets, a double- flight shaped screw, wherein a compression ratio is 1.5-2.3 and the gap between sub-flights and the inner wall of a cylinder barrel is 0.5-2.0 mm, is used. The injection-molded product obtained by the injection molding method is also disclosed.
