Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for a control valve wherein a filter is attached in a specified part when inserting the control valve into a storing hole, even if the filter as a filtering member is incompletely attached when inserting the control valve into the storing hole. SOLUTION: A hook portion composed of a hook-shaped portion and a mooring portion is provided at a divided portion of a frame body 53 composing a filter 51. A storing hole 31 inner wall storing a control valve is formed in a shape along an external form of the control valve 30, and a tapered tilting surface 33a decreasing a diameter from an entrance side to an inner side is provided at an installing part of a filter 51 in the storing hole 31. As the control valve 30 is inserted in the storing hole 31, the frame body 53 is pressed in an inner diametrical direction of the control valve 30 by the tilting surface 33a. Therefore, the hook portion is engaged and the divided portion is adjusted, so that the filter 51 is automatically stored in a specified part covering a high pressure port 50.
