SOLUTION: Compost intermediates 4 decreased in malodors are produced by using fermentation equipment capable of making odorless treatment of the organic wastes 2 in a plurality of dispersed primary fermentation facilities 3 and these compost intermediates 4 are transferred and integrated to a secondary fermentation facility 5. The compost intermediates are mixed and are composted by secondary fermentation in this secondary fermentation facility 5.
