Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying sorting device preventing the generation of noise and realizing silent running. SOLUTION: This conveying sorting device has a conveying body 15 which is a slat for conveying a work W while moving according to the running of a chain. A pushing out body 16 which is a sliding shoe is slidably fit to the conveying body 15 in the direction crossing to the moving direction, and an elastic deforming part 45 which is a backlash preventing means is installed between the conveying body 15 and the pushing out body 16. The elastic deforming part 45 always pushes the conveying body 15 against the pushing out body 16 to prevent the backlash between the conveying body 15 and the pushing out body 16.
