Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed driving circuit which can operate a short- wavelength LD such as a blue LD or the like at limited high speed. SOLUTION: This high-speed driving circuit of laser diode is provided with a driving signal generating part to generate a high-frequency driving signal required for operating a short-wavelength laser diode at high speed, a high-speed amplifying part to generate a driving signal rectangular waveform, and a bias tee part to superimpose a DC bias current to the signal from the high-speed amplifying part for completing a driving current. The short-wavelength laser diode is driven by the superimposed driving current obtained from the bias tee part. |
