PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical data analysis processing method and a system capable of collecting and analyzing a clinical data and providing a doctor and a patient with its information. SOLUTION: A breathing function examination device 10 and a respiratory organ information processor 2 are connected to each other through the Internet 3 to provide the clinical data of the asthmatic patient 1. The breathing function examination device 10 is furnished with a communicating function to be connected to a telephone line and can be automatically connected to a telephone number registered of the respiratory organ information processor 2. An exhalation-inspiration measured data is output with a time stamp data at measuring time as the clinical data from the breathing function examination device 10 by operation of the patient 1. This measured data is delivered to the respiratory organ information processor 2 with a discrimination signal of the patient 1 through the Internet 3, and this device is connected to the breathing function examination device 10 of each of the patients through the Internet 3 as a central device of a plural number of the patients.
