Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which a carrying unit constituded as a separate body can easily be attached/detached to/from a main body device with a simple configuration, jammed paper sheet retained in the carrying unit can easily be removed, and attaching precision is enhanced. SOLUTION: In this image forming device 1 to which a double-sided carrying path unit 10 is attached, the unit 10 is equipped with an upside carrying port 106 and a downside carrying port 107 juxtaposed in an up-and-down direction on an opening/closing door 103 on the side surface of the main body device, and is equipped with a mount hook 101 for attaching the unit 10 in the vicinity of the port 106 and a positioning pin 102 for the unit 10 in the vicinity of the port 107. Then, the door 103 is equipped with a mount part 114 to which the unit 10 is mounted at a position opposed to the hook 101 an provided with a fitting hole 113b at a position opposed to the pin 102.
