SOLUTION: A rotary drum 3 for winding optical cable 2 is coaxially and pivotally supported on the outer peripheral side of an optical rotary joint 5 and also the rotary side holder 20 of the optical rotary joint 5 is connected to the rotary drum 3 so as to integally rotate, the lower end of the optical cable 2 wound on the rotary drum 3 is connected to the rotary side holder, and a stationary side optical cable 27 is connected to the stationary side holder 19 of the rotary joint 5.
