Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the management of an object to be conveyed cannot be performed accurately due to elongation and shrinkage of a chain caused by the influence of overheating in a heating furnace conveying the object to be conveyed by the chain. SOLUTION: This conveyance device has the chain 2 conveying the object by putting it thereon, a carrying-out roller 4 for driving the chain 2, a motor 7 rotating and driving the carrying-out roller 4, an encoder 5 on carrying-in side detecting a rotation angle of a carrying-in roller 3, an encoder 6 on carrying-out side detecting a rotation angle of the carrying-out roller 4, a means for taking in data of a novel object from the encoder 5 on carrying-in side by managing carrying-in timing, and a means for taking out data of the object from the encoder 6 on carrying-out side by managing carrying-out timing.
