Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution control system flexibly ready for any change in a routine without changing a main program even when a work routine in the system is changed. SOLUTION: Data on the physical distribution is received, the work on the physical distribution is developed from the received data, the work is maintained in a work instruction file, the content of the work maintained in the work instruction file is defined in a step master, a work to be performed next is managed with reference to the defined content, and basic works are performed by combining the treatments by a standard parts group comprising a plurality of standard parts for performing the standard unit treatment in order to perform the work instructed by the work instruction file based on this management.
