Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for a synthetic resin plate by which excellent fixing can be always obtained even when fixing conditions are changed at the time of fixing an image on a surface of the synthetic resin plate. SOLUTION: A printer is provided with a fixing condition detecting part 101 and a controlling part 30 for controlling heating temperature of heater 82 for fixing based on the fixing conditions detected by the detecting part. An operator inputs on one item among six items of thickness of an optical disk D, area of a planer part of the optical disk D, smoothness of a protective layer surface to be an image forming surface of the optical disk D, thermally melting property of toner, temperature inside the device and humidity inside the device which constitute the fixing conditions by operating the fixing conduction detecting part 101 disposed on the outer side of the printer. The controlling part controls heating temperature of the heater for fixing by turning over temperature in an ordinary fixing condition and temperature in a high fixing condition according to whether inputted fixing condition is ordinary condition N or high condition H.
