Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems on a conventional storage managing device that an increase in cost is produced when using an EEPROM as storage means and much time is required for rewriting when using a flash memory and in addition that a program made by using a personal computer should be assembled in the storage managing device after modified because of impossible transaction per file unit. SOLUTION: This storage managing device comprising storage means for storing file names, data corresponding to the file names and a status showing whether the data is the newest or not in coordination with one another.
