SOLUTION: The method for removing volatile substances out of an elastomer solution is characterized in that, in the process of obtaining elastomer crumbs through precipitation and coagulation of an polymerized elastomer solution by steam-stripping in a stripper tank, the angle formed in the direction of feeding from the polymerized-elastomer-solution-crumbing nozzle and the direction of the feed of the steam is an acute angle.
