Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a rotating brush clean by allowing the rotating device to be detached from a suction implement body and cleaned by removing a cover body in a suction implement for a vacuum cleaner provided with the rotating brush rotated by a motor. SOLUTION: The suction implement body 18 has a suction port 27 opened to the lower face, and the rotating brush 19 is disposed inside the suction implement body 18 so as to face the suction port 28. The rotating brush 19 has the motor 30 for rotationally driving the rotating brush 19, and a terminal 49a connected to the motor 30, inside a nearly cylindrical brush holder 28 provided with a brush 29 at the outer peripheral surface. A terminal 49b connectable to the terminal 49a is disposed at one end of the suction implement body 18, and the rotating brush 19 is made detachable.
