Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a flap with a flap drive part into a rotor blade to rapidly inspect, maintain and adjust performance of the flap without largely affecting a structure part of the rotor blade. SOLUTION: This dynamic lift generation blade 1 is formed with an opening part 100 opening to the blade rear edge direction and a blade chamber 10. At least one casing 16 can be inserted from the opening part 100 and fixed, while the easing 16 stores at least one flap drive part 180, 181 and the flap 17.
