Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately conduct a drive power distribution among drive wheels by precisely controlling a tightening force of an electromagnetic clutch even when the air gap of an armature for the electromagnetic clutch changes. SOLUTION: A target magnetic flux density computing means M2 computes a target magnetic flux density t based on the target tightening force Tt of an electromagnetic clutch CL, CR computed by the target tightening computing means M1. The feedback control means M3 feedback controls the current to be supplied to the coils 22L, 22R of the electromagnetic clutch CL, CR so that the actual magnetic flux density detected by the magnetic flux density sensors 35L, 35R coincides with the target magnetic flux density t. A correction means M4 sends a specified exciting current to the coils 22L, 22R when the drive power distribution device is not operated, computes the air gap from the magnetic flux density detected by the magnetic flux density sensors 35L, 35R and corrects the target magnetic flux density t by the correction factor K obtained by the air gap when the drive power distribution device is operated.
