Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a call from being promptly hanged up and inform further contents of advertisements. SOLUTION: This system contains a telephone set 1 owned by a member; a terminal 2 connected via this telephone set 1 and a telephone line TC; and a center device 3 which provides advertisement information to the previously registered member via this terminal 2. The center device 3 has a storage part 31 for storing a telephone number of the telephone set 1; and an accumulation value of points for imparting a predetermined advantage to the member; an advertisement information provision function 33 and a speech signal output part 32 for transmitting advertisement information and ID information of a telephone flyer advertisement company B, in a speech signal to the member via the terminal 2 by use of the telephone number; and an incremental function 34 for increasing the accumulation value of points when the advertisement information is ended to provide to the member.
