PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the credibility of an information provider by providing addition information which is useful for a consumer and a company together with provision information and removing unnecessary provision information. SOLUTION: In an information managing server 23 of the information provider network 20, summary data matched with or similar to selection condition data from a consumer terminal 30 are extracted from a summary database 21-2, and transmitted to the consumer terminal 30. Then, provision information selected from the list of the summary data in the consumer terminal 30 is transmitted from an enterprise network 10 to an information managing server 23. In the information managing server 23, an evaluation exponent is calculated based on the transmission history and purchase history of the consumer, and whether or not additional information should be provided is judged according to the evaluation exponent, and when it is judged that the additional information should be provided, the additional information is extracted from an additional information data base 21-5, and both the additional information and the provision information is provided through a communication line 40 to the consumer terminal 30.
