Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles which make two pieces of right and left lenses respectively easily exchangeable and prevent casual dislodgment of the lenses. SOLUTION: Right and left eyewires 1 and 1 are connected to each other by a bridge 2 and the inner edges of the lenses 3 and the top and bottom edges of the lenses 3 are fitted into grooves 10 formed from the inner regions to the top and bottom regions of the respective eyewires 1 and 1. The lenses 3 are so adapted that the lenses can be removed by sliding the lenses in the outward transverse direction and that the lenses can be put on by sliding the lenses in the inward transverse direction.
