Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of lower working efficiency for manufacture and assembly and damages to a permanent magnet during assembly being caused by arranging the permanent magnet and a spacer on the lower face side of a bracket. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 24 is mounted via a bracket 25 on a base 21, with fluid passages 22, 23 being formed inside for opening/closing the fluid passages to control a flow rate by controlling a current supplied to a magnetic coil 27 provided in a solenoid casing 26. A cylindrical guide member 28, formed of a magnetic substance, is fixed to the inner periphery side of the magnetic coil, and a fixed core 29 is fixed to one end of the guide member at its inside where the magnetic coil is placed. A movable plunger 31 is slidably arranged in the guide member for opening and closing the fluid passages, and the permanent magnet 31 and the bracket are provided to be in pinched state between a support member 28c provided at the lower end of the guide member and the magnetic coil.
