Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly retain an operation member at a closed position and an opened position in a discharge container. SOLUTION: A mounting member 12 is threadedly mounted to an opening part 11 of a container 10. The operation member covers a large cylinder part 15 of the mounting member and is rotatably mounted thereto. A cylindrical member 27 having an inner tooth 28 is fastened to the operation member. A valve member 32 is disposed in the cylindrical member and is accommodated in a discharge passage 26 of the operation member. A valve part 33 closing a discharge port 24 of the operation member, an outer tooth 34 engaged with the inner tooth 28 and a longitudinal groove 35 to which a projection 18 of the mounting member 12 is intruded are arranged on the valve member. A rotation of the valve member is inhibited and the valve member 32 is advanced and retreated by the rotation of the operation member 20. Thereby, the discharge port can be opened and closed.
