Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recruiting support method, system and device, by which cash gift can be provided to a job applicant when the job applicant gets the job by utilizing the system. SOLUTION: When the job applicant gets the job by utilizing the system, a server 1 logs in a banking system 3 by using account specification information for specifying an account in a financial institution previously received from the job applicant and deposits a prescribed amount of cash gift for employment. When the job applicant requests to receive the cash gift as an electronic coupon, an electronic mail to which privilege information stored in a privilege information DB 13d is attached as an attached file is transmitted to the job applicant.
