Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treating apparatus which is made less expensive and compact in order for the apparatus to be lased more wichely taking such a present state into consideration that the recent garbage treating apparatus is necessary and essential for social life but does not come into wide use since the apparatus is very expensive and large-sized and running and maintenance expense is high. SOLUTION: This garbage disposer is manufactured by using as a material for forming a fermentation tank and an exterior shown in Figure 7 a fume pipe 3 and another fume pipe 2 produced in large quantities for service water, sewage, agricultural water or the like and by using the pipe 2 also as a casing so that the manufacturing cost can be cut down, the energy consumption can also be cut down by heat insulation effect and the garbage treating apparatus can be made compact. The running cost can also be cut down extremely by increasing the agitation efficiency and heat efficiency, which can also contribute to the treatment efficiency.
