Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition which shows low irradiating properties to the skin and is excellent in low-temperature stability. SOLUTION: There is provided a detergent composition which contains 30 mass% or less of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, contains 0.01-1 mass% of a polyethylene glycol sulfate based on the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, and preferably further contains a polyhydric alcohol.
