Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pull out a buried pipe in the case of pulling out the buried pipe to be removed throughout its overall length, by repeating such an operation that the end of the buried pipe is held to pull out a part thereof inside a pit, and the part which has pulled out is cut so as to have a cylindrical shape, thereafter the end of the buried pipe is held again to pull out the other one part thereof. SOLUTION: A cable member fixing jig fixes a cable member 1 inserted to an overall buried pipe to the end of the buried pipe in a tensile state in order to tighten a buried pipe A to be removed in the longitudinal direction of a pipe. This jig comprises: a reaction force receiving member 2 capable of locking to the end of the buried pipe in a state in which the cable member is inserted into the buried pipe; and a wedge member 3 capable of fitting in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to a fitting part 4 formed at the reaction force receiving member. To a fitting surface 8 of the fitting part, the cable member is provided so as to bed capable of mounting/ dismounting from the radial direction, and the reaction receiving member is locked to the end of the buried pipe. The cable member is held between the fitting surface of the fitting part and a wedge surface 12 of the wedge member, thereby being locked and fixed to the end of the buried pipe in the tensile state.
