Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the prevention of the occurrence of an overflow in a water- distribution plant and the shortage of water-delivery to a distributing area in spite of variations in inflow and real quantity demanded without requiring manually adjusting operations at all. SOLUTION: The opening of a water-distribution regulating valve 6 installed at a place near the water-distribution plant 3 along a distributing channel 5 from the plant 3, which varies in inflow, to the distributing area 4 is set at plural stages so that the sum of water-distribution flow in each split time zone, which is set by splitting a day into the plural zones, can be equal in value to or approximately equal in value to required total water-delivery (daily quantity) per day in the distributing area 4. An increase and a decrease in the opening of the valve 6 in each of the split time zones are adjusted automatically via a controller 7 according to the water level of the plant 3 so that the water- distribution flow can be made larger with a rise in the water level of the plant 3. |
