SOLUTION: This hair treatment product contains a mixture of (a) a water- soluble procyanidin and (b) an oil-soluble free tocopherol in the water phase. The hair treatment product can protect the hair from the damage caused by the thermal drying, the influence of the environment, and the treatment of the hair, and also can protect other components of the hair treatment product from the oxidation and the deterioration.
