Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system that realizes improvement of an electronic mail function by adding or revising a destination or transmission timing of electronic mail sent from a sender. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of electronic mail sent through a network by a transfer system 31, a management site 3 stores the electronic mail to a database 33. A distribution setting section 34 sets transmission timing information and a destination mail address that are distribution conditions in response to a request for distribution setting from a transmission site 1. A distribution control section 32 transmits the electronic mail registered in the database 33 to a reception site 2 via the transfer system 31 according to the set distribution conditions as its control.
