PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate usage of a template image in sending data. SOLUTION: A data providing device 2A issues and coordinates identifiers to the template image 16 and an embedding image 15, it fits the embedding image 15 in the template image 16, and it generates and sends provision image data of a reusable provision image 17. A user image 18 is embedded in the template image 16 of the provision image 17 based upon the provision image data received by data acquiring device 10 and 11 so as to overlap the embedding image 15. By generating sending image data of a sending image preferentially displaying the user image 18 than the fit in image 15 and sending it to a sending destination, the user image 18 is fit in the template image 16 by using the provision image 17 as it is, and the sending image data displaying the user image 18 along with the template image 16 can be easily generated. By this, the template image can be easily used in sending data.
