Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for isolating vibration simple and compact in structure, easy in workability and relatively low in costs. SOLUTION: A device for isolating vibration 1 is composed of a bottom plate 11 placed on a base 4, a plurality of pillars 12 installed toward the upward center of the bottom plate 11 from the periphery of the bottom plate 11, a top plate 13 bridged horizontally over each pillar 12, a plurality of swinging beams 14 installed below the top plate 13 and free in swinging, and a swinging plate 15 installed bridged at the bottom of the swinging beams 14 and moving horizontally. A pillar 3 of a house 2 are provided on a swinging plate 15 so as to support the house 2 swingably against the base 4.
