Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a battery capable of fixing the battery to a corner where a floor panel in the rear of a rear wheel house of a car body turns inside by securing sufficient strength while downsizing a battery bracket to fix the battery. SOLUTION: The battery 60 is fixed in a narrow and open space in the rear of the rear wheel house by mounting the battery bracket 11 on the floor panel 51 by mounting holes 113a, 113b, 113c provided on three points of legs 112a, 112b, 112c so that the center of gravity G of the battery 60 is positioned within a triangle joining these mounting holes 113a, 113b, 113c to each other.
