SOLUTION: Unsupplied contents are recorded in a storage 22 with attached information obtained by evaluating the contents by a prescribed standard. The contents distributing system 2 displays the contents having attached information different from affinity and significance, which are displayed in the attached information on a contents registration terminal 1-side, by referring to attached information of the contents described in a new contents list last time, when updating a new contents list.
