Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is complicated to inform a communication party that a mail address is changed when a user of a network changes a provider. SOLUTION: A 1st mail address of a requester 120 is set at an old provider 150 and a 2nd mail address is set at a new provider 140; and electronic mail sent to the old provider 150 is transferred to the new provider 140, which transfers it to an address change notification agent service provider 110. When the mail is transferred from the old provider 150, the address change notification agent service provider 110 notifies the transmission source 130 of the mail that the mail address of the requester 120 is the mail address of the new provider 140.
